Joan Kiernan
Paralegal

Joan earned a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Communications/Journalism from the University of Illinois-Urbana and a post-baccalaureate certificate with highest honors in Paralegal Studies from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, NE.  Outside of work, she sings with the Aster Women’s Chamber Choir, serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors of FISH of Broomfield, and loves to bicycle.  She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three grown children and one grandchild, so far.

Steve Libhart
Accountant

Steve has an extensive background with Service Business Accounting. He oversees the Firm's Finance and Accounting functions. Outside of work he is an avid "Airstreamer" and water gardener.

Jonathan Moss
Operations Manager

Jon oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Utah and a Master's Degree in Legal Administration from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Jon and his wife Lindsay have two children, Calvin and Edyn.

Dorothy Ostrogorski
Legal Secretary

Dorothy earned her BSBA in Business Economics from the University of Arizona. Originally from Poland and raised in Tucson, she's excited to be in Colorado and explore everything Denver has to offer. She brings a diverse background and a love of a challenge to Zakhem Atherton.

Mi Vo
Administrative Assistant

Mi earned a Degree in International Business and Legal Studies from the University of Denver and a Master's degree in Legal Administration at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. Mi is fluent in Vietnamese.

Tina Lee Wiksten
Legal Receptionist/Paralegal

Tina has extensive experience in the legal industry. She received a Certificate in Business Transactions from the National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta, GA,   an ABA accredited school. A native to the South she now enjoys Colorado for its skiing, mountain biking and golfing. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys playing with her dog Maddux.
